Prerequisites:
1. Effects of transition are not working/disabled.
Steps:
1. Open Kicker.
2. Hover over menu item that has less items in its submenu.
3. Hover over menu item that has more items in its submenu.
4. Watch the submenu transition.
Actual:
1. Before switching to bigger submenu it appears in place of smaller one for a
split second creating scrollbar.
2. Looks like not reproducible or less visible on X11.
Expected:
Cleaner transition without appearance of needless scrollbar and so on.
