Mind you, I can right-click - and get the desired result - everywhere else, just not the desktop or panel. And the Configure Panel icon (bottom right corner) is *not* there. Still, after upgrading to 5.17, quite a few things started to break in Unstable. CPU scaling stopped working, crontabs not executing...
