SUMMARY
Have access to Display Configuration settings as an item in the right-click
menu on the desktop.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-click on the desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
No item allows to access Display Configuration settings
EXPECTED RESULT
Have an item to access Display Configuration settings

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Seems the item has to be added in "Standard Menu" app of which the C code is in
plasma-workspace project under containmentactions --> contextmenu
