I don't know it is very hard to explain but some elements on my desktop like
edit mode toolbar, kicker and login logout screen have become very big. And to
make it more strange rest of the stuff is fine like Firefox and Dolphin. This
started happening when I got an upgrade from 5.23.2 to 5.23.3.
I rebooted twice but it didn't fix the issue.
Some info regarding my setup I have dual monitor setup.
1. Laptop Screen (disabled)
2. Monitor connected via HDMI
Monitor is the only enabled screen. I enabled laptop screen and it had the same
issue.
