(maybe many days ago) A similar issue is https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=468811. about taskbar grouped tasks' texual list. Also, popups for volume, brightness change, status of touchpad on/off also have similar issues. It seems like, "popup"s have the same problem An important Note is that these bugs are only produced on plasma(X11), not plasma(wayland), with (maybe old intel graphic cards, maybe?, I use a laptop with intel i5-6300U and Intel Corporation Skylake GT2 [HD Graphics 520]). On my desktop with nvidia pascal gpu, also X11, there is no such problems with popups.
