If you want English/US shortcuts, please try to put it in the first position in
the configuration.
It might be how Qt works and nothing to do with the Plasma.
Reopen if something is not clear.

Layouts used here are :
- French (bépo)
- French (azerty)
- English/US

Non working comps are :
any Ctrl+key, Alt+key, Ctrl-Shift+key, Shift-Alt+key or Ctrl-Alt-Shift+key,
whether they are system-wide like ctrl-l or application like ctrl-s. In that
case, key retained will be that of the first layout, not the current one.

Shift+key (uppercase) still works correctly
