This installer is now available as the "official" rkward-0.7.2-1-R-4.0.2.exe from download.kde.org. This may not be the final solution (it means we're using qtwebkit in place of qwebengine a little while longe), but should be good for the time being. I must have installed over a previous version, without uninstalling, first.
