STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set display scale factor to 1.2 in system settings > display and monitor >
display configuration
2. restart plasma session
3. open system settings > application style > window decorations and select
"Titlebar buttons" tab.
OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, the icon that represents the apps
icons is pixelated.
EXPECTED RESULT
crisp icon
