SUMMARY
Certain categories under system settings like changing file associations (& few
others) is not highlighted by the system, even when "highlight changed setting"
option is enabled
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable highlight changed settings
2. go to file associations section
3. change default app for certain file type
OBSERVED RESULT
No changed setting indicated by the system settings
EXPECTED RESULT
Change should have been highlighted
