SUMMARY
When the file indexer is suspended, the button name is still "Pause Indexer",
and not "Start Indexer" or "Resume Indexer".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Goto configure file search
2. Enable file search
3. Pause the indexer
OBSERVED RESULT
When the file indexer is suspended, the button name is still "Pause Indexer".
EXPECTED RESULT
Expecting the button name to be "Start Indexer" or "Resume Indexer".
