Multiple fast click generate memory leak
In Screen Locking page if you click fast multiple times on Configure button,
Plasma Settings process consumes more memory.
Configure button should be disabled after receiving first click event, and
should be re-enabled after Appearance page finishes loading and appears. It
seems like many instances are created due to many clicks.
