SUMMARY
The option to restore your DE session after logging out is not working after
selecting the appropriate option.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Desktop Session
2. Under "Session Restore" select "On last logout"
3. Open a few programs
4. Logout
5. Login
OBSERVED RESULT
Clean DE no open programs
EXPECTED RESULT
To see the DE the way I left it when logging out
