I'm afraid the "Windows Can Cover" Panel visibility mode has been removed for
Plasma 6 and we aren't planning to bring it back. In its place, we plan to
implement an "intelligent auto-hide" or "dodge windows" mode, per Bug 349785.
This should hopefully be much better than "Windows Can Cover" ever was, and
offer support for its use cases.

Thanks for your understanding!

I don't think that Yakuake should be in front of any panel if Yakuake is not on
full-screen mode (Ctrl + Shift + F11, by default).

For me, the expected behavior (when not full-screen) is:

The top panel should reaper when Yakuake is shown (currently doesn't happen,
leaving a gap), Yakuake window geometry should start right below that panel
(already happen). Then, the panel should hide again (if set to auto-hide or
"windows can cover) when Yakuake got hidden.

This is the behavior when using a Latte dock panel, but is not when using a
native plasma panel.
