Re: Telemetry Policy - Remaining Questions

2018-04-01 Thread Lydia Pintscher
Hey folks :)

We really need to wrap this up now. We need the data and we need the
policy in place. It's holding us back from learning more about our
users and making our software better. That's not good.

This would be the ideal way forward and the right thing to do.

As sebas said this is bad communication-wise. But if Kexi can't or
doesn't want to comply that's the next best option.

I don't believe this is an option that's in line with our vision.

I don't think that's an acceptable option either because we need to
get a better understanding of how our software is used in order to
make it better.

Jaroslav: I think you need to make a choice now for Kexi. We can't let
it sit and hope it goes away ;-)

Hey folks :)

Any additional thoughts on this? If we want to get something done for
Akademy for example we'd need to wrap this up very soon.

Upcoming sprints - planning any more? Completing information about 2017

2018-04-01 Thread Lydia Pintscher
Hey folks :)

In order to help us all plan better (and the board for budgeting
reasons) it'd be great to have an overview of the sprints that are
being planned. Are you planning a sprint in the remainder of this
year? Do you know about anyone else planning one? Then please add them
here: https://community.kde.org/Sprints#Upcoming_Sprints

In addition I just collected all the sprints for 2017 on that wiki
page. It'd be great if you could help by adding the documentation (dot
stories, blog posts, ...) for these sprints there.

Thank you!

Cheers
