Hi Adriaan,

thank you for your mail and your kind offer! To be true we are probably
mainly in need of German speaking staff, but of course we would be very
interested to get to know you and your work (and have some fun at the
booth). So please tell us if you are in mood to visit us for one or all
the days and we would be glad to give you a warm welcome.

Regards,

Johannes

I could catch a train (RE19 to Dusseldorf) down that way, although my German-
speaking skills are peculiar at best. That's if you need more KDE-peeps on the
booth.

Hi Clemens,

great to have you onboard!

We are doing the planning on two wiki pages:
https://wiki.luki.org/doku.php?id=luki_auf_dem_ev._kt_in_dortmund_2019
and
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benutzer:Olaf_Jan/Wiki-Projekte_auf_dem_Kirchentag_2019

If you wish to help organising, then you could maybe look into the KDE
material that should for the free software sub-booth (best coordinate with
Johannes, how is from Dortmund and organising that part of the joint booth).

I myself will be active in all three sub-booths (Offene Bibel, Wikipedia, Free
Software) and will probably not be able to give KDE the necessary focus.

Best regards, Olaf

It does. The kind of "outside the bubble" sort of event we are looking for in
Promo. Count on our support to spread the news, photos, and provide what
material we can lay our hands on.

We do have another event in Madrid on the 20th, but we'll figure it out.

Cheers

Paul

Sounds great.
Since it is close to Bielefeld, I like to join but dont neccesarily need
accomodation.

Any more info on which days exactly what is planned and when/where to meet
to help organizing, etc.?

Greetings, Clemens.
