Hi, I've asked for KUserFeedback to be moved to KDE Review, aiming for extragear/ libs initially, with a possible future option to continue on to frameworks.
KUserFeedback is a framework for gathering user feedback using application telemetry and targeted surveys while providing decent transparency and control to the user.
