I think we can safely delete that one. We don't have Java bindings anymore and

kmobiletools is actually an app for syncing your phone, not part of the 
mobile/embedded space.  See http://kde-
apps.org/content/show.php/KMobileTools?content=15259.  I'd guess contacting 
the author would be the best bet to see if it's still needed.
