I've offered previously to mod those lists, I'd be happy to take them on now.  
I think I also previously said we can get rid of the kde-print list, it's had

keep the devel list going for bug triage, and I will have news about possible 
new development work on printing in the near future for which the list may be 
useful.

It was only spam, facebook and linkedin friend requests, and up to 80% discount 
on some medicine.

kmobiletools is actually an app for syncing your phone, not part of the 
mobile/embedded space.  See http://kde-
apps.org/content/show.php/KMobileTools?content=15259.  I'd guess contacting 
the author would be the best bet to see if it's still needed.
