Well, it's hard to find here where I would have searched for the API: 
http://api.kde.org/
As in, I could not find it at all. Thus filed a bug now, see
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=301469

The documentation certainly is - as it doesn't exist. And all I was looking 
for was a pointer to the class names so I could find it from there.

But hey - glad to help you get your daily quota of meaningless snark and

Sysadmin bugs are restricted in terms of access, to Sysadmins and the
reporter of the bug only.
I can confirm the bug concerns the presence of kde/kdelibs/kactivities
and kde/kdelibs/nepomuk-core on api.kde.org.
