[korganizer] /: Remove the HTML export feature

Remove the HTML export feature As agreed during the PIM sprint in Toulouse last weekend. It generates HTML3-style output, doesn't handle recurring events in different timezones correctly and addresses a use-case that has been better solved by the meanwhile invented groupware servers. P.S. Personally, as a lecturer, I find the current approach (teach the user
what and where is in Plasma) more effective than even complete list of features
with explanations like "This is the clock. It counts time."
P.P.S. From a positive side, the new docs do not emphasize the Activities,
which is good for me. This feature has never worked as expected for me and
constantly crashes even now (even when disabled) in megastable KDE 4.14.30 in

The translations inside the [po/langXXX.po][2] files there. The texts are used multiple times as hints etc. inside the various GUI gui's. KHelpCenter is just one of many text consumers. The oyranos-policy tool is used for exporting the docbook and HTML formats on the command line. (I am not much familiar with docbook.
