How to solve this issue? Split the accountwizard part out of the kmail documentation into an own docbook? Using Help->KMail Handbook or F1 the docbook for KMail is not found and
KHelpcenter displays the "Documentation not found" page.
Possible fixes:
1) change the componentname in kaboutdata to kmail
