Regarding the Keyboard Shortcuts Manual [1]: the section "Global Keyboard 
Shortcuts" [2] says:

# At the bottom of this page is a drop down box?

whereas the pop-up menu is really at the top.

Besides, the style of "Ctrl+C" in the section "Standard Keyboard Shortcuts" 
implies that it is a key combination, whereas it is a literal string to be 
typed (pressing the actual key combination in the search box obviously has the 
effect of invoking the corresponding action, so this advice is pretty unsafe).
