I saw the libxml2 commit message and the error report about the doc chain, but I did not know if convert crashing could have been the same cause and I did not find the time to reproduce the error by downgrading. Trying to produce a failure from a single convert command, I found that science/chemical-mime-data builds now. In the meantime, I had only updated a few unrelated ports and textproc/libxml2.
