[Akonadi] [Bug 333808] New: DAV resource asks for password, while kwallet password dialog is still open
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=333808 Bug ID: 333808 Summary: DAV resource asks for password, while kwallet password dialog is still open Classification: Unclassified Product: Akonadi Version: unspecified Platform: Debian testing OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: DAV Resource Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: san...@outrightsolutions.nl I have configured a DAV resource (CalDAV + CardDAV) whose password is stored in kwallet. Upon logging in to my desktop, a kwallet password dialog is shown (as is expected). If I'm fast enough I open the wallet and the DAV resource uses the password stored in kwallet. If not, the DAV resource opens a dialog asking for the DAV resource's password. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Configure a DAV resource w. CalDAV and CardDAV 2. Make sure it uses KWallet for password storage 3. Log out Log in 4. Observe the resource requesting access to the wallet 5. Don't fill in the wallet password, leave the dialog open Actual Results: The DAV resource opens a password dialog Expected Results: The DAV resource waits until the KWallet password dialog is closed, either by opening it using the wallet password, or cancelled by pressing Cancel. [Akonadi] [Bug 307814] Create group is disabled
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=307814 Kishore kitts.mailingli...@gmail.com changed: What|Removed |Added CC||kitts.mailingli...@gmail.co ||m --- Comment #10 from Kishore kitts.mailingli...@gmail.com --- (In reply to comment #9) Support for contacts groups has been added in KDE 4.11 Note that File - New - Group will never work with the Google resource, since Google does not support this kind of groups (i.e. vCard-based - essentially just a contact with multiple different email addresses). Instead a group will be a subcollection containing full-featured contacts. See http://www.progdan.cz/2013/03/kde-pim-google-integration-and-more/ for more details. This does seem to work perfectly. Now if a contact is present in multiple groups, the contact shows up multiple times in the list. This really not good as it makes me feel that there are duplicates. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
