Fix crash when Session is destroyed while waiting for ignoreSslError()

ignoreSslError() is async and the whole Session including SessionThread
can be deleted in the meantime. Checking against member variable of the
potentially deleted object does not make much sense since the memory can
already be overwritten.

Instead we hold the pointer in a local QPointer variable, which will get
updated when the SessionThread is destroyed while we are waiting for
ignoreSslError() to return.
FIXED-IN: 16.04

tried to import a RSA Private/Public key pair exported from PGPfreeware 6.5.8.
But it only imports the Private key. When you try to delete you get a "no
public key" error. 

Reproducible: Always




the key pair in question is a test key, not production. So I would be willing
to email it on for use in testing.

Monitor: translate batch inter-resource move notifications

When we get an inter-resource move notification with multiple Items
we must always run it through translateAndCompress() to translate it
into a series of Add notifications on destination resource and Remove
notification on the source resource.

Without the transformation any inter-resource move of more than one
Item was still being emitted as Monitor::itemsMoved() possibly
causing the resource to fail the operation. In case of non-batch
resources like Maildir resource it only emitted the first Item via
Monitor::itemMoved().

This fixes a potential data loss as the change was not handled by the
destination resource and caused the Items to be stored only in the
Akonadi database.

IMAP: handle deprecated Delete right when checking ACL before expunge

Due to ambiguity in RFC 2086 the new RFC 4314 introduced two virtual
rights, one of them being "d" (delete). When "d" right is present,
presence of "e", "t" and "x" rights must be assumed by the clients.

Courier IMAP server uses this virtual rights but does not explicitly list
the "e" (expunge) right like most other servers, which caused RetrieveItemsTask
to not trigger EXPUNGE before syncing the mailbox.

Yes, I think that these are two separated issues, probably moving mails does
something wrong that triggers the more general bug in 360834.

I can reproduce it with the following steps:

1. Create two resources, DIM: Disconnected IMAP,  LOC: local folder. Ensure
that the local folder actually exists (it does in my configuration).
2. Move at least two items from the DIM account to the LOC account.
3. The first item is written to the LOC account. all the rest of the items are
deleted from the DIM account, are never written to the final destinaltion of
the LOC account and stay in the akonadi cache. In the cache they appear as
belonging to the LOC account, one has to look at the files or run akonadictl
fsck to realice the problem.

I have tested with kmail 5.1.3, Akonadi 5.1.51 (Applications/15.12) compiled
from sources.

It can happen (see bug #339181) that akonadictl reports an item without rid.
Dan explains regarding it:

to sync those Items again to the server. If you wipe your Akonadi database,

Actual Results:  
Data remains in database. In case db is wiped our corrupted data is gone.

Expected Results:  
- Akonadi attempts to store the item where it belongs, in the resource, again
at least for several times

- User agent warns about this where needed and gives option to retry pushing to
server at a later time.

I am leaving it as normal, as it *usually* doesn´t loose data, yet, I think the
issue has some higher priority than that.

Okay, Dan didn´t really confirm the bug, actually there are two bugs: The one
with moving mails from cached IMAP to local folder, the other is generally that
on failures there are items without RID, which are only stored in database, but
on in resource (IMAP, local folder or such). Yet Ingo just confirmed it:

I'm experiencing this bug since a long time and have learned to live 
with it.

Moving a single message from an IMAP account (cached or not makes no 
difference) to a local folder (maildir in mixed resource) works.

Copying multiple messages (even 1000s) also works (although it takes 
quite some time until the copied messages that are already listed in the 
destination folder appear on disk).

But if one tries to move multiple messages then only the first message 
appears on disk in the maildir folders. All other messages only appear 
"virtually" in the folder. Usually, there's a message that moving 
failed. But the messages are still gone from the source folder. This is 
100 % reproducible.

I upgraded to 5.1.2.  The problem with the filters remains valid but now I am
hit by the very bug described here. 
I use pop with local folder to where the messages are filtered. The filtering
works in 5.1.2 but the messages (signed by color code as unread) are not signed
by darkening the folder name in which they are. Normally a number should be
noted behind the folder to indicate the numbers of the unread messages. This
does not happen. Also the tray does not indicate new messages.
Now come the interesting part: you can now read (by searching manually) one of
the new messages. The message will change color code to read, and now,
magically but unfortunately only for that very folder, the number of all unread
messages appears, the messages are also signed now correctly in the tray. But
ONLY for that folder. All other messages in all other folders are seen as
"read" even if inside the folder they are marked as unread. 

Please reopen this bug, It seams I cannot do it as I am not the reporter.  As
this is a very old bug I can open a separate bug if desired. You will tell me.

Ok, now I notice a thing.

The unread status currently (15.12.3) is never sync'ed if there's no new
email/newly deleted mail in the folder. If there's a new email comes in , the
unread status will be updated.

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I started kontact and selected the akregator part.
After waiting for the synchronization I hit the "+" key to take me to the next
unread post.
Kontact crashed immediately.
This also happens when running akregator standalone.
As a side note, this only started hapenning after the last sync.

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.

When a mail is encrypted from Otlook Complemets to an account in gmail ( i have
the public key) the message is sent but is received in gmail without the
content of the mail and the mail is receiced with two attachments titled
"noname". One of attachment has always the same text "version 1" and the other
attachment contents the signature.
I received the mails encrypted  sent from gmail to outlook  perfectly.

Reproducible: Always

Kmail was working for me up until yesterday. I've tried resetting all languages
back to American, disabling all autocorrection and spell checkings but starting
a New Mail still kills the app completely!
