Sending to various recipients encrypted mails works fine for me. Only if there does not exist a key for at least one of the recipients kmail2 offers either to search for it or abort sending the mail. It should just proceed as if all recipients had a valid key and send to some of them unencrypted mails. A warning to inform about sending unencrypted mails would be nice. [kmail2] [Bug 375149] Kmail deletes emails from folder after switching to folder
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=375149 Vytautaschanged: What|Removed |Added CC||v...@azuolas.org --- Comment #3 from Vytautas --- I can confirm, I have (ok, had, until moved my mail to thunderbird last week) the same problem. I have 4 mail accounts configured, one POP and three IMAP. Mail is getting moved from any of these accounts to single folder, in which I used filter messages from one of quite intensive forums. At first I was blaming filter, but now I'm not that sure. First time I saw this problem on about 20 Dec 2016 (I'm using KDE Neon), however, nobody else seemed to have exactly same problem, so, I blamed my config and didn't filled bug report (original post in https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=215=137807) Not sure about decreasing bug priority, as last time my messages where actually removed from IMAP server (OK, I could find these messages in one of my local folder, but it is not the same). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=374676 Wolfgang Bauerchanged: What|Removed |Added Resolution|--- |DUPLICATE Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED --- Comment #6 from Wolfgang Bauer --- (In reply to squan from comment #5) > (In reply to squan from comment #2) > > (In reply to Rewarp from comment #1) > > Same for me running openSUSE Tumbleweed with (...) > NOT the same according to > https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/521873-Akonadi-Won-t-Start > comment #7. Yeah, I wrote that comment. The original problem that led to this bug report may still be the same though. But the crashes are not. > Regarding the crash on arch it says "That's a well-known and long-standing > issue in Arch. Their VLC is still using Qt4, and KF5 applications crash when > they try to play a notification sound with the phonon-backend-vlc". Right. And this bug report is actually about the akonadiconsole crash, so I'm marking it as duplicate now. See my previous comment for how you can fix it. And maybe bug your distribution (Arch) to finally get this sorted out. I would still recommend trying to delete the socket file and see if it helps with the general Akonadi problem. > Regarding the openSUSE crash on mysql start the forum thread also says that > this is about to be fixed in Tumbleweed by cleaning up stale socket files, > dunno if this only affects Tumbleweed though. It definitely does not only affect Tumbleweed. This will happen everywhere if a stale socket file exists (and the corresponding mysql instance is not running any more). But as I wrote a fix for that will be in the next akonadi release, and we added it to the openSUSE packages already as well. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 371507 *** -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
