[kontact] [Bug 393899] Kontact-17.12.3 Window position not restored correctly when logging in to KDE desktop
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393899 --- Comment #1 from Christian--- Hmm, this behaviour doesn't happen every time. Maybe it has to do with akgregator - sometimes I see a message in Kontact saying that akgregator did not shut down correctly the last time it was run. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[Akonadi] [Bug 393898] Kmail2 EWS does not load contacts - version 17.12.3
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393898 --- Comment #1 from Krzysztof Nowicki--- Hi, Exchange contacts support works sort-of "by accident", but nevertheless it should work, unless Micro$oft messed around with something. I think for a start it will be worth to enable debug messages which show all requests sent to the Exchange server - you can do this by editing (or creating) the file ~/.config/QtProject/qtlogging.ini and adding the following two lines (skip the [Rules] section if it already exists): [Rules] org.kde.pim.ews.client.request.debug=true Note: the debug log may contain personal information you may want to filter out before you post it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[kmail2] [Bug 393421] No ability to hide the HTML Message Status Bar
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393421 --- Comment #16 from pqz...@qbitdepot.com --- @Laurent Montel: a new user wouldn't know about any option in the setting dialog. Your explanation makes no sense: should kmail disable any feature a new user doesn't know about. This is a regression bug not a new feature: the setting use to be in the Settings dialog and now it's not. Why would this bug be closed as wont'f fix. What is not possible to fix or doesn't require a fix ? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[kmail2] [Bug 393914] New: Certain Emails will show encrypted content as attachment
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393914 Bug ID: 393914 Summary: Certain Emails will show encrypted content as attachment Product: kmail2 Version: 5.8.0 Platform: openSUSE RPMs OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: crypto Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: kaig...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Emails sent to me from outlook.com show encrypted content as two separate files: PGPMIME version identification and encrypted.asc. The email content itself does not show (or at least I don't know how to make it visible). This works fine in Evolution (tested 3.26 and 3.28) and so far from Gmail accounts. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[kmail2] [Bug 393473] Weird "HTML-message" column
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393473 Matthijs Tijinkchanged: What|Removed |Added Resolution|DUPLICATE |--- Ever confirmed|0 |1 Status|RESOLVED|REOPENED --- Comment #2 from Matthijs Tijink --- This is not a full duplicate, as I see it: the bar doesn't work for its intended goal (switching between HTML/plain e-mails). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[kmail2] [Bug 393832] duplicate messages that can't be retreived
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393832 --- Comment #1 from Fred Jackson--- I have a folder named "logs" into which my computers local email is filtered. I get an email from my computer every day that gets duplicated almost every day. This folder duplicates messages more consistently than messages filtered into other folders. Further i believe that messages that do not get filtered do not get duplicated. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[kontact] [Bug 393899] New: Kontact-17.12.3 Window position not restored correctly when logging in to KDE desktop
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393899 Bug ID: 393899 Summary: Kontact-17.12.3 Window position not restored correctly when logging in to KDE desktop Product: kontact Version: unspecified Platform: Gentoo Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: gen...@moin.fi Target Milestone: --- When I leave Kontact open and log out, then log in again, Kontact is re-opened (as expected), but its window position is wrong. Steps to reproduce: 1. Put a panel at the top of the screen 2. Maximize Kontact window - it covers the area that is not occupied by the panel. 3. Log out and log in again Expected behaviour: Kontact window should be in the same place as before Actual behaviour: Kontact window has the same size as before, but it is shifted up to the top of the screen so that its window title is hidden by the panel - and there is a little bit of desktop visible at the bottom of the screen. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[Akonadi] [Bug 393898] New: Kmail2 EWS does not load contacts - version 17.12.3
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393898 Bug ID: 393898 Summary: Kmail2 EWS does not load contacts - version 17.12.3 Product: Akonadi Version: unspecified Platform: Gentoo Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: EWS Resource Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: gen...@moin.fi CC: kri...@op.pl Target Milestone: --- I managed to set up my Exchange account in KMail2 now that there's a patch for bug 390798 (unable to login to EWS account). Email folders, receiving and sending, and read-only calendar works. But I cannot see any contacts in the Contacts folder. Observed behaviour: When I open the "Addressbook" tab, I can see the Contacts folder shown in the tree under my account. KMail2 is indicating that the folder is updating. (After a while, it shows that the updating is finished, but it is very slow.) When I right-click the folder and select Properties, I can see the count of contacts (Statistics: Content - 118 objects. Size - 0 B.) But no contacts are shown in the folder in KMail and I cannot access my contacts. Desired behaviour: The contact folder shows all the contacts that are on the EWS account. Note: My contacts are stored in the Contacts folder and not in a Global Address List (GAL) - I read on the old akonadi-EWS blog that GAL are not yet supported. This should not be the problem here. I am not sure how to obtain debug information for this bug - can someone advise me? Thanks! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
