[korganizer] [Bug 398435] New: Edit multiple tasks at the same time
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398435 Bug ID: 398435 Summary: Edit multiple tasks at the same time Product: korganizer Version: 5.7.3 Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: todoview Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: phil...@riseup.net Target Milestone: --- Currently on the task view, you have to edit each task separately. It would be good if multiple tasks could be selected at once (ctrl+click or shift+click) and many things can be edited at once such as categories, reminders or due date etc. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[korganizer] [Bug 398431] New: KOrganizer task category view doesn't work
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398431 Bug ID: 398431 Summary: KOrganizer task category view doesn't work Product: korganizer Version: 5.7.3 Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: todoview Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: phil...@riseup.net Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 114861 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=114861=edit task view When selecting a category to filter the tasks, it doesn't work. Reproduce steps: 1. Create a task and add a category to it 2. Go to the task view and filter by a category Expected results: The selected category should show in the box when selected and filter if tasks have that category. Actual results: The selected category does get ticked but does not show in the box, nor does it filter anything. As you can see in the screenshot, I selected a category which is different to the task I created. Yet it still shows. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

This is unfortunately not the first time this year. If Akonadi can not be corrected for good then maybe the Kde-Pim team should stop trying to keep it alive: persisting is commendable, but persevering in this kind of mistake is stupid. I think I will finish with kontact and kde at the same time and go to take refuge at Gnome and thunderbird; I like kde but I'm not stupid to the point of depriving me of a feature as basic as sending mail ... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
