[akregator] [Bug 436877] New: Akregator process runaway on arm (PinePhone)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=436877 Bug ID: 436877 Summary: Akregator process runaway on arm (PinePhone) Product: akregator Version: unspecified Platform: Manjaro OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: peterjon...@zohomail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY Greetings, I installed Akregator on my PinePhone (Manjaro Plasma mobile) both through the normal Flatpack and then manually using pacman and had the same outcome. When starting Akregator it hangs with the CPU pegged. I also saw in top that mysql was running. I let it run for a few minutes to make sure it wasn't a setup action. The process had to be killed, then when restarted it says Akregator did not shut down properly, restore, don't restore, etc. The CPU was still pegged at 100%. I am willing to test since this is an unusual platform. Thanks, Peter Jones STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Install on PinePhone (arm) 2. Start program 3. OBSERVED RESULT CPU pegged, unresponsive EXPECTED RESULT Start normally SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
