And it did! Maybe it's a bug only during creation of the accounts? Akonadi is getting stuck on this email. I am wondering if it is related to
Bug# 403903 since I have seen the same throttling on IMAP when my laptop
attempts to sync all IMAP email. At some earlier point I debugged IMAP to
Office365 to also returning throttling responses.
In any event, Akonadi is getting stuck on the following email. Note that I
have stripped out a lot of identifying information since this is a work
account. This account contains a lot of emails going back over 10 years.
I repeatedly get the following output from Akonadi:
