[kmail2] [Bug 430381] New: HTML version of email has first line smaller than rest of body

[kmail2] [Bug 420423] New: HTML font size is affected by view zoom in composer
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=420423 Bug ID: 420423 Summary: HTML font size is affected by view zoom in composer Product: kmail2 Version: 5.9.3 Platform: Debian stable OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: composer Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: alejandro_a...@yahoo.es Target Milestone: --- First of all, i am not sure if this has already been fixed in more modern versions of kmail (using Debian Stable here). STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Compose an email in HTML mode with, let's say Noto Sans at 11 points of size 2. Make text bigger or smaller for viewing (Ctrl+Mouse scroll wheel, or Ctrl+{,+}) 3. Send message 4. Received message will have a font size proportional to the zoom you used composing the message It's also notable that when kmail receives emails composed like this (a CC for yourself) the size of the text will appear normal so you won't notice but other people with different emails clients will In my mind, zoom of the text should be independent of the font size sent in the HTML. But that's my two cents OBSERVED RESULT Example of the HTML code generated by the composer EXPECTED RESULT SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian Stable 10.3 KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.5.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.54.0 Qt Version: 5.11.3+dfsg1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[Akonadi] [Bug 325224] CalDav doesn't read server items
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=325224 --- Comment #61 from Alejandro Lorenzo <alejandro_a...@yahoo.es> --- I think each software should be responsible for its own bugs. If the bug is in Owncloud, just fix Owncloud and do not make miserable other projects because of your faults. Workarounds and such usually open the door to bugs ( Code paths that do not execute often or can only be tested to some versions of software), create harder to maintain software and generally, eat kittens, so personally I think it would be a bad idea -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[Akonadi] [Bug 325224] CalDav doesn't read server items
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=325224 Alejandro Lorenzo <alejandro_a...@yahoo.es> changed: What|Removed |Added CC||alejandro_a...@yahoo.es --- Comment #58 from Alejandro Lorenzo <alejandro_a...@yahoo.es> --- I am also experiencing this bug with Kmail and i think i have found the problem. Some CardDav clients, when creating an .ics file in a remote resource (E.g. owncloud in its caldav resource) creates a VCALENDAR file that does not contain the tag "VERSION:2.0" which declares the file conforming to VCALENDAR files version 2.0 I have manually accessed the caldav storage and added the VERSION:2.0 line to an owncloud created file and it immediately syncs into korganizer According to the RFC that defines iCal, VERSION is mandatory and owncloud is not including it, so korganizer is actually doing the right thing (i think) which is to ignore the file The relevant bug in owncloud is: https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues/23715 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[Akonadi] [Bug 335090] Akonadi Dav Resource: Broken State / Unexpected Error 401
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=335090 --- Comment #39 from Alejandro Lorenzo alejandro_a...@yahoo.es --- I started to look into this a while back, but then real life® got in the way. [Akonadi] [Bug 335090] Akonadi Dav Resource: Broken State / Unexpected Error 401
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=335090 --- Comment #23 from Alejandro Lorenzo alejandro_a...@yahoo.es --- This will fix the 401 indeed. Because the resource was offline, when it comes back online the first thing it tries to do is commit to the server the changes. However, if my interpretation of the implementation of the resource is correct, the auth headers are established once at the beggining, when exploring for main connections and then carried on with the keep-alive This broke when the server had some kind of problem. This fix WILL fix the 401, but only to leave the resource in the same state with a 412 error when, for example, the resource tries to remove a cal event already removed by a different client. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=335090 --- Comment #24 from Alejandro Lorenzo alejandro_a...@yahoo.es --- By the way, forgot to tell that the google calendar resource has in place some nice conflict resolution that could be reused (Check for conflicts and asks the use with both events side by side to allow the user to select conflict resolution) I've been looking into this, but it may take some time to find a moment to properly fix it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

[Bug 236534] New: Allow to select which sign mechanism to use in the composer window
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=236534 Summary: Allow to select which sign mechanism to use in the composer window Product: kmail Version: unspecified Platform: Debian testing OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: alejandro_a...@yahoo.es Version: Versión 1.13.3 (using KDE 4.4.3) OS:Linux Installed from:Debian testing/unstable Packages When setting an identity you can select which mechanism for signing will be used, if OpenGPG key or S/MIME certificate. I am currently using both of them, but the S/MIME certificate has information about my national identification number and makes this signing mechanism not fit for any other purpose than administration contact, so it would be great if we could select which mechanism we want to sign from the composer window. Currently, you can two separate identities (one with OpenGPG and other with S/MIME signing) but i think it would be neat to select this without duplicating the identities. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
