[kmail2] [Bug 331976] Wrong error message on "address rejected" error.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=331976 Bernhard Scheirle changed: What|Removed |Added Platform|Kubuntu Packages|Neon Packages Version|4.12.3 |unspecified --- Comment #1 from Bernhard Scheirle --- It is not a translation error. English Message: Failed to transport message. Message sending failed since the following recipients were rejected by the server: recipi...@host.de (The server responded: "5.7.1 : Sender address rejected: not owned by user sen...@host.de") The Problem is that kmailtransport assumes that the mta immediately reports errors. But by default postfix delays the reporting of errors and reports them after the "RCPT TO:" command. [1] kmailtransport therefore assumes that there was an error with the recipients. Forcing postfix to report errors immediately fixes this error, but has other disadvantages [2]. [kaddressbook] [Bug 367603] New: Type of email addresses is case-sensitive.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367603 Bug ID: 367603 Summary: Type of email addresses is case-sensitive. Product: kaddressbook Version: unspecified Platform: Neon Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: bernhard+...@scheirle.de CC: to...@kde.org The type of a email address should be case-insensitive. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367572 Bug ID: 367572 Summary: Drag and Drop of URLs doesn't work for certain targets anymore. (After 16.08.0 Upgrade) Product: akregator Version: unspecified Platform: Neon Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: bernhard+...@scheirle.de Dragging a url into the smplayer main window work before the upgrade, now the url can't be dropped. I assume the problem is that the mime type of the drag event changed. Currently (after the upgrade) the drag event mime type of a URL (from akregator or kmail) is "text/plain". I think it should be a list: ("text/uri-list", "text/plain"). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try to drag a url into a application which only accepts url drops Actual Results: Drop is not possible. Expected Results: Url gets dropped. A dragged URL from Firefox has following mime type list: ("text/uri-list", "text/html", "text/unicode", "text/plain;charset=utf-8", "text/plain") (Removed Mozilla specific mime types) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[kmail2] [Bug 367559] New: Messageviewer Theme broken since 16.08.0
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367559 Bug ID: 367559 Summary: Messageviewer Theme broken since 16.08.0 Product: kmail2 Version: unspecified Platform: Neon Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: UI Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: bernhard+...@scheirle.de This commit https://quickgit.kde.org/?p=kdepim-addons.git&a=commitdiff&h=cab925e9d4769762ea0080d49f392022cd8e78dd broke the messageviewer theme. The change: -#kmailContent { +div#headerbox #kmailContent { forces the kmailContent div to be a child of the headerbox div which is not the case, they are siblings. Therefore the styles don't get applied to the kmailContent div. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open A Email Actual Results: No margin and padding for the message body. Expected Results: Nicely styled body -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[kmail2] [Bug 366981] Mailto URL does not allows a body with line breaks
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=366981 Bernhard Scheirle changed: What|Removed |Added CC||bernhard+...@scheirle.de --- Comment #3 from Bernhard Scheirle --- I'm also affected by this bug. I think I found the cause for this, and if so it should be easy to fix. KMail uses MessageCore::StringUtil::parseMailtoUrl[1] to parse url query parameters. In parseMailtoUrl it uses QUrlQuery::queryItems() to get the list of parameters. By default queryItems does not decode all "%" elements.[2] So using QUrlQuery::queryItems(QUrl::FullyDecoded) instead should fix this. I think the explicit "%0A" to "\n" transformation in Lines 197-202 would than be obsolete as well. [1] Especially since mailto urls must have "%0D%0A" and not "%0A" line breaks. [akregator] [Bug 366487] New: Add Support for Media RSS/Atom Feeds (mrss)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=366487 Bug ID: 366487 Summary: Add Support for Media RSS/Atom Feeds (mrss) Product: akregator Version: unspecified Platform: Neon Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: bernhard+...@scheirle.de > Media RSS (MRSS) is an RSS extension that adds several enhancements to RSS > enclosures, and is used for syndicating multimedia files (audio, video, > image) in RSS feeds. [1] [2] Youtube also uses this extension in it's atom feeds: Example feed: https://www.youtube.com/feeds/videos.xml?channel_id=UCF3I1gf7GcbmAb0mR6vxkZQ Currently media elements get simply ignored and therefore the above feed only contains empty articles. It would be nice if the thumbnail and description were visible. [1] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Media_RSS [2] Media RSS specification: http://www.rssboard.org/media-rss Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Subscribe to a feed containing mrss elements 2. [kmail2] [Bug 340143] After importing accounts and more I am getting flooded by hundrets of empty identities
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=340143 --- Comment #6 from Bernhard Scheirle --- Ok, I should have read the forum post more carefully: cleaning up the *file* (not folder) `~/.local/share/emailidentities` does work. [kmail2] [Bug 340143] After importing accounts and more I am getting flooded by hundrets of empty identities
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=340143 Bernhard Scheirle changed: What|Removed |Added CC||bernhard+...@scheirle.de --- Comment #5 from Bernhard Scheirle --- I also used the `pimsettingexporter` to import my pim data and now have 200+ unnamed identities. At the beginning (after the import) I only had one unnamed identity, but with every restart of `akonadi` there are more and more. Export from: Kubuntu 14.04 + backports Import to: Neon User Edition (but `kontact` comes from ubuntu packages: 4:15.12.3-0ubuntu1) In https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=215&t=120348 they recommend to clean up `~/.kde4/share/config/emailidentities` manually. This folder does not exist here, but `~/.local/share/emailidentities/` does (I assume this is the new path for a KF5 `kontact`). This folder had only a few (4-5) empty folders inside. Cleaning it up (remove the content) didn't change anything. Does anyone has a workaround to delete these identities? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
