To update. Kmail does not crash every time I delete a message. I will continue
using it to see if I can further isolate the circumstances that bring the crash
about.

After authorizing with Google, akonadi_googlecalendar_resource immediately
crashes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add Google account
2. Authorize
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
akonadi_googlecalendar_resource crashes and the calendar is not visible, though
it is listed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Calendar would be visible and writable.
