Does "the error" mean the same crash backtrace? If unsure, please add an
updated backtrace. I am asking because the backtrace from comment #0 is
generated at application start, not at application shutdown.

Now the error is only generated when the pc is turned off.

The error is:

qFatal("Cannot remove old log file - running on a readonly filesystem maybe?");

when trying to remove the *.error.old akonadi log file.

Could you please check if your *.error.old akonadi log files can be deleted by
your user?
