Andy says this might be triggered by opening/closing the hardware keyboard at
the right time. Maybe that helps with trying to reproduce.

after reboot of the device everythings seems to work again.

Seems to have done with massive (but not successful) account creation before or
running multiple applications.

Sorry - no hints for reproducing the behaviour yet. Probably useless.
