When dealing with toplevel folders, some parts of the IMAP code thought that i was the folder separator instead of /. In KMail, I've created a folder called ai. It appears on the server under the name a (according to the GMail web interface), and it doesn't appear in KMail. In Akonadiconsole in the collection table, its remoteid is ia, should probably be /ai.
