Using kmail2 5.4.2 from packet kmail version 16.12.2-1.1 and having installed
kdepim-addons packet version 16.12.2-1.1, I still need to set Fancy headers
each time I start kmail/kontact or to set the workaround.

Not only fancy headers are not kept.
All view>headers options disappeared! but "kmail 5.2"
(for example it is impossible to view all receivers of a message, to get non us
date)

header-plugin-style-name.
Proper values are:
custom
all-headers
brief
enterprise
fancy
grantlee
long-header
standards-header
