Removing them from ~/.config/emailidentities manually works but if I try and remove them using Configure Kmail/Accounts/Identities then it changes the file (it caused a reload on kate) but doesn't actually remove the identities from the file. Permissions on the ~/.config/emailidentities file are 700.
