[Bug 185401] kontact unable to move or hide the navigator toolbar from the default position

I changed the settings in way, so that the navigatortoolbar shows email, calendar and contacts: - After that I pressed calendar: then the navigator toolbar moves to the end - After that I realized the same issue when pressing contacts (after the movment to the beginning it works for the session) Now I lunched Kontact the second time and all buttons of the Navigator will be displayed although the settings say still show only email, calendar, contacts) Best Regards Rico -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
[Bug 191209] New: right-click on a folder shouldn't show it's contents but only open the right-click menu (for performance)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=191209 Summary: right-click on a folder shouldn't show it's contents but only open the right-click menu (for performance) Product: kmail Version: 1.11.2 Platform: unspecified OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: arne_...@web.de Version: 1.11.2 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Gentoo) Compiler: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc OS:Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27-gentoo-r8 I often work under considerable load, and often I just want to say send outbox now. kmail then first shows the outbox, which can take some time when your computer is in massive overload :) For that I would prefer having a right-click not show the folder contents (or having an option to specify the right-click behaviour). When I right-click I only want to see the right-click menu. This is also useful for simply saying mark all as read and delete all, because showing a folder with a massive amount of messages can take quite some time. [Bug 191214] New: when printing default application is always asked
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=191214 Summary: when printing default application is always asked Product: kmail Version: unspecified Platform: Gentoo Packages OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: rot...@rocam.com Version:(using KDE 4.2.2) Compiler: gcc version 4.3.3 (Gentoo 4.3.3-r2 p1.1, pie-10.1.5) OS:Linux Installed from:Gentoo Packages Example: I have a list of mails in the Inbox. Some of them have pdf attachments. Now I'd like to print out all of them. If I select a message and open the pdf attachment kde4/kmail asks me if I would like to Save or open the pdf. If no default application is stored, I have the option to assign a default application Remember choice I chooe Okular. Then I print it out. Everything ok. NOW: If I'd like to open another pdf in the same or a another mail !DURING! the time Okular is open and/or printing, I am asked again for the default application even if I coose Okular another time. When I close all Okular-Sessions after printing, kmail again remembers my default choice and just asks if I'd like to save or open the pdf with Okular. Reproduceable: Always Expected: Just open multiple pdfs from several mails and do not ask for the default application if chosen already. (so the user can spool several prints easily) Note: Thunderbird (cross-check...) does not have this behavior. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

[Bug 191232] New: Show both sender and receiver in a nice way

With the default view, I can select for each folder if I want sender or receiver to be shown, but in my archive directories (where I put every mail in) I need to see both of them. What I currently do is I use a manually defined view which has Sender | Receiver in the lower row (the one where per default, only the Sender/Receiver is shown) because the | separator and a space is the only character I can insert. One improvement I could think of would be to be able to insert any text you want, in which case I would try something like Sender = Receiver. Perhaps someone else can think of an even better idea. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
[Bug 191241] New: Implement ability to disable sound notifications through email filters.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=191241 Summary: Implement ability to disable sound notifications through email filters. Product: kmail Version: 1.11.2 Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS/Version: unspecified Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: greatbunzi...@gmail.com Version: 1.11.2 (using KDE 4.2.2) Installed from:Ubuntu Packages I receive a set of emails that don't require my immediate attention. Nonetheless, if I happen to periodically check for emails and if in one of those checks I happen to receive only that sort of emails then kmail triggers the new email sound notification. As it is possible to disable the visual notification on the system tray (mark emails as read), it would also be great if it was also possible to disable the audio notification. To put it in other words, it would be great if kmail's filters also featured an action that disabled the sound notifications for those emails that fit the filter's criteria. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
