I got another wifi shutdown today, and therefore I'm moving to Fedora 33 with the latest kernel. Please close this issue. Sure. I'll send dmesg to you once the issue is triggered. The audio doesn't cause function issue. The only problem is that sometimes volume control keys don't work but I doubt if its related to the error. I think the chipset for my ap is realtek, but not 100% sure. No. Same issue still happens. I'm now back to the LTS kernel, which received an update BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/vmlinuz-5.4.0-48-generic with nvidia driver 450 The same issue still exist, and I think it got even more severe. Chrome will freeze even opening a new tab some time. Also the gnome animations are really really laggy, which could be a bug but I'm unsure if its ubuntu related. Hi, The iwlwifi issue is still there, and complete xorg freeze still happens, but less frequently. What's the difference between 5.6 and 5.4 kernel? I thought 5.4 should be LTS?
