[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1832040] [NEW] Network issue, speeds throttled, wired fails.

2019-06-07 Thread Tsynk "Z" ZVoin
Public bug reported:

I have been having an issue with my networking on Ubuntu, when I am on
wireless, after some time, my speeds get throttled down to slow speeds,
I have a 50 Mbps connection and have did a speed test and got 8 Mbps.
https://www.speedtest.net/result/8314420338.png According to this link.
I was going to try a test directly connected to my modem and Ubuntu
wouldn't even connect to the Internet, it kept failing, I got in contact
with my ISP and they say that they are one of the few companies that
don't throttle and that my signals are healthy. My WiFi will also drop
out completely and I will get the no active connection error
notification when my router is completely fine. I will attach the logs
to this report. I am using Ubuntu 19.04.

I installed some updates that were showing on my screen and after those
updates, my laptop freezes up after unplugging the power supply. I
cannot use hibernate or even suspend. I will attach the log message
containing the information needed. I can assure you that my battery is
fine, I booted my laptop without the power supply plugged in and
everything works just fine, I plugged it in and it's still going for now
until I unplug it again. This is all I can give you.
