  upgraded from 13.04 to 13.10, network is disabled after suspend

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Every time after I resume from suspend, the network is disabled. It
  means I can't re-enable it from the network indicator.

  I found a workaround, I can use it until somebody will fix this issue.

  sudo nmcli nm sleep false
