I used UKUU to upgrade kernel from 4.15-rc9 to 4.15. During upgrading, the following warning messages showed me. update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-4.15.0-041500-generic W: Possibel missing firmware /lib/firmware/i915/kbl_guc_ver9.14.bin for module i915 W: Possibel missing firmware /lib/firmware/i915/bxt_guc_ver8.7.bin for module i915 However, after rebooting with 4.15, screen was not broken. Works WELL. There was no ndiswrapper error with 4.15-rc7 kernel. But, the problem was same.
