Ken Sharp, just because someone filed a report on a publicly viewable, no restrictions bugzilla, doesn't make it more valid, or having had all the information necessary to deal with it provided. You noted that you tested with an old daily kernel version that nobody even released except for downstream (3.11.0-999-generic).
