I understood that this crash was related to efivarfs auto mount in
kernel 3.9. Kernel 3.10 and 3.11 doesn't do it automatically, that leads
to successful boot. But manual attempt to mount efivarfs in these
versions of kernel also leads to system crash.

Christopher, BIOS version does'n play significant role in this case.
Latest BIOS v.63 doesn't help to solve this problem.
