  touchpad and mouse not working when boot without powersupply lenovo
  s230u ubuntu 13.1

Bug description:
  I have found that the touchscreen, trackpad and trackball (internal mouse) 
does not work if i boot without power supply.
  If I boot while connected to the energy supply everything works, else it does 
not.

  I have ubuntu 13.1 on a lenovo s230u Twist.

  I will be glad to add further info. I don't know where to start.
