Bug description:
  Hi,

Within distribution upgrade from 14.04 to 14.10 the following errors
  occurred:

Error! Your kernel headers for kernel 3.16.0-14-generic cannot be found.
  Please install the linux-headers-3.16.0-14-generic package,

Error! Your kernel headers for kernel 3.16.0-14-generic cannot be found.
  Please install the linux-headers-3.16.0-14-generic package,

  Kind Regards,
  Martin

P.S. I am not sure if I should report this error but linux kernel header
packages should be probably installed automatically within distribution upgrade
process - because it is always happening of "rebuilding" some module/s . Even
in case of any new kernel version is going to be installed - as everybody knows
:-) Just a suggestion :-)

I just did a server update from 14.04.1 to 14.10 with no problem. Are
you sure you had a successful archive update ?

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get -f install
