[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1389592] Re: [Dell Inc. XPS 12-9Q33] suspend/resume failure
OK I'm saying this is fixed in the new kernel, have been running it for some time and the suspend/resume behaviour was much more stable. When I switched to the vivid kernel (due to overlayfs incompatibility), susres was all over the place again. ** Tags added: kernel-fixed-upstream ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete = Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1389592 Title: [Dell Inc. [Kernel-packages] [Bug 1389592] Re: [Dell Inc. XPS 12-9Q33] suspend/resume failure
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v3.18 kernel[0]. If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'. If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag: 'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'. If you are unable to test the mainline kernel, for example it will not boot, please add the tag: 'kernel-unable-to-test-upstream'. Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as Confirmed. Thanks in advance.
