I installed and booted kernel v4.1rc5. The results are the same as above. Extra Info The install of the kernel did give the error as described in your link (KernelMainlineBuilds) when out-of-tree modules are installed. Updating to BIOS F.23 did solve the issue for the main SD which gets mounted (see new dmesg at 209). There is now just one final one which still fails but works on another pc (dmesg at 170). I had to install python-apport to be able to run `apport-collect`, this showed that my previous upgrade failed which was fixed with `dpgk --configure -a`. This showed that my grub install was also a bit broken which was also fixed and computer restarted.
