Today the system prompted me to do these actualizations/installations. After installing/actualizing now suspending/resuming works perfectly. Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v4.4 kernel[0].
